How We Work

We supply our jewellery exclusively through a network of retail jewellers.

We choose not to exhibit, as we prefer our jewellery to remain highly exclusive. We will supply only one jeweller in any village, town or city centre, so they can showcase jewellery their customers have almost certainly never seen before.

Our range of jewellery is dynamic: many of our designs are one-of-a-kind, while natural stones such as Blue John are all unique, so we do not produce catalogs or take online orders.

We prefer to visit our customers on a fairly regular basis (usually every 2-3 months) and show them our latest range in person, enabling them to see, feel and perhaps try on the jewellery before buying.

Should any pieces remain on our next visit, we will happily exchange them for something else without penalty. This enables our customers to buy in confidence and perhaps try something more adventurous or out of their usual style ‘comfort zone’.
